Laundry Schedule

As you book our service, select the time slot you want for us to pick up your laundry. Orders placed before noon will be delivered the next day at no cost. Some weekend and holiday time slots will have an extra fee for the same next-day delivery.

Bag sizes

We provide the option of 3 bg sizes, to fit your lifestyle. Our regular bag size fits about 15 pounds of clothes, which is about the size of a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag. Our large size can hold up to 20 pounds and the extra-large bag, which is double the size of a regular bag, can hold about 30 pounds of clothes.

On your first order, we will bring your selected bag size to place your dirty clothes in. Your folded clothes will be delivered in the same bag. The bag will be yours to keep for future orders. If your bag is lost, we will provide a new one at no extra cost.

Laundry Preference

You can choose between regular and hypo-allergenic detergent, with no extra fee. You can also add fabric softener, dryer sheets, or bleach to your order with no additional charge.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, etc.) and Apple Pay.

Laundry Updates

You will receive notifications when your dirty laundry is ready to be picked up from your home, and when your clean and folded laundry is ready to be delivered.
